Smart Cooking is a fun and engaging way for students to gain valuable life skills in the kitchen and beyond. Students will learn fundamentals like kitchen safety, food preparation techniques, nutrition facts, and time management, while strengthening working memory, goal-directed persistence, and more. Our hands-on cooking activities, games, and discussions will help build culinary abilities, health knowledge, confidence, and critical thinking skills.
