Evergreen Valley High School is offering Transitional Summer School Courses for our Incoming 9th Graders!
We hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing Spring Break! We wanted to send a reminder email that California State Testing starts next week. We have attached the testing schedule as well as a few reminders to review with your child about testing best practices at home.
Is your child attending Silver Creek in the Fall? Would you like to sign them up for summer school?
Please join us for a night of fun, family, and friends. This year Open House is designed for you to come ut and see your child showcase the learning that has been taking place in class all year. Food, Music, and Promotion parking raffle will make this night complete! Make sure to join us in the fun!
Mark your calendars and Save The Date!
Incoming high school students and their families are invited to an informational event on Wednesday, April 17th at Evergreen Valley High School cafeteria from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the gathering is to clarify the difference between Spanish I and Spanish for Heritage Speakers, and who should take each class. An overview of both language programs will be followed by a question and answer session.
Parents, Quimby's April Lobo Lowdown is linked and ready for you to read! This month, there are some important reminders to review. Thank you!
Quimby Oak's Spring Open House is April 17th. The theme: "Lobos Learning Showcase" will give parents the opportunity to celebrate the work of our students. Parents will join in the gym at 5:00pm for a welcome and then classroom visitations will take place from 5:30 - 6:30pm. We're looking forward to seeing our parents on campus!
We are so excited to announce that Quimby will be hosting free debate classes, in partnership with DebateUnited. DebateUnited is a grant-awarded nonprofit that works in conjunction with the Boys and Girls Club of Silicon Valley and is headed by one of our alumni.
Parents please access these websites for ways to start conversations with your children around online "challenges" that are unsafe for students.
