If you ordered Spirit and Pride t-shirts or sweatshirts online and paid with your credit card, you can pick up your items from 11:00AM-12:30PM daily. If you paid cash or wrote a check, we did not order your items due to the school closure from Covid-19. You can come in between 11-12:30pm to get your money envelope. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to the uncertainty of school schedules for the 2020-2021, the YMCA is delaying registration at this time. We are hoping to have an update for you in another month. We know there is a lot of uncertainty during this time and we want you to know you can count on the Y! If you have any questions, please feel free to email YAfterschool@ymcasv.org. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), children who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals at school will get extra food benefits. These food benefits are called Pandemic EBT or P-EBT benefits. P-EBT benefits help families in California buy food when schools are closed because of the coronavirus emergency. Families will get up to $365 per eligible child on their P-EBT card to use on food and groceries.

All 6th graders must submit proof of a Tdap immunization before attending 7th grade. With schools closed, please read the story for details on how you can meet this requirement before the end of this school year.

"Governor Newsom and State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Tony Thurmond have announced that school campuses in California will not be able to reopen this school year. To be clear, the 2019-2020 school year has not ended. The remainder of the school year now transitions from in-person classroom instruction to instruction and support for students through distance learning options as described by California Department of Education (CDE)." Please read the letter from our County Superintendent of Schools along with all superintendents in Santa Clara County regarding school closure and distance learning.

For new students, school registration packets can be found by clicking this link to the registration packet for 2020-2021. Registration packets with proper documentation (original birth certificate, 4 proofs of residence mailed to the home, up-to-date immunizations, TB risk assessment, oral health, etc.) will be accepted and processed by emailing your scanned packet to Katie Coates at kcoates@eesd.org.
