Welcome to QO Science Department. Our department will be working towards immersing students in the abilities, work, and attitudes of scientists and engineers. As we continue our transition into the Next Generation Science Standards, we will strive to provide hands-on, purposeful, real life connections to classroom activities & daily lessons. We will be focusing on 3 dimensional learning, STEM problems & projects. We will be using multiple learning modalities. Starting this year we will be using District Approved Textbook- STEMscopes in our Science classrooms along with other supplementary digital tools to enhance student learning and make learning more meaningful and enjoyable for all our students here at QO.
