Tools that Enable Learning

Students utilize technology as a problem solving tool across all disciplines. All classes have a 1:1 student computer ratio. Each classroom is equipped with iPads, and universal access to web-enabled devices. Our instructional based technology resources give students and teachers the ability to enact and elicit deeper learning outcomes. Seamlessly using technology as their vehicle for learning, students will learn to become experts using a variety of devices and navigate numerous platforms.

Echo is New Tech Network's web-based learning management system (LMS) designed to support Project-based learning (PBL), facilitate communication and collaboration, and improve teacher practice. At LSI, we use ECHO in every classroom. Teachers post assignments, students post their work and parents can interface via the system. It is how we all stay connected!
