At this meeting your family will have the opportunity to tour the LSI campus and attend informational sessions that highlight:
- The Project Based Learning Model
- The Problem Based Learning Model in Math
- LSI’s 5 Learning Outcomes
- LSI student projects and presentations
Please note: Students must be enrolled in Evergreen School District (ESD) to attend Lobo School of Innovation (LSI). Completing the LSI online application does not automatically enroll your child in ESD. In the application process section below, please select what best describes your student status then follow the steps outlined to begin applying.
Application Information
The application deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is Friday, May 30, 2025, at 4 p.m. Completed applications and all supporting documents must be turned in to the Quimby Oak Middle School office located at 3190 Quimby Road, San Jose. Applications will begin being accepted at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. If all seats are not filled by May 31, 2025, registration will continue until full, and a waiting list will be maintained.
