About the 2024 Season

Student Information Meeting:  Monday, September 16 during lunch in the Wrestling Room (Room 1).

Registration Date:  Monday, September 16 - September 30, 2024

Tryouts and Practice Begin: Monday September 30

Eligibility Date: Quarter 1: October 18, 2024

Season Ends: December 5, 2024

Online Registration

Registration to participate on the Quimby Oak Wrestling co-ed team will be available online beginning Monday, September 16.

Participation

Wrestling begins on Monday, September 30.  Tryouts/practices will be held Monday - Friday  from 2:45-4:45 p.m. in Room 1 (Wrestling Room). You must have registered online and have a signed parent permission slip and concussion information slip completed during your online registration to attend this tryout. These forms can be found online on the Athletics Overview webpage. Please contact the coaches for more information.
 

Tryouts

• Date: Tryouts begin on Monday, September 30 and will be held at from 2:45 - 4:45 p.m.
• Tryout Location: Room 1 (Wrestling Room)
• Equipment: Any workout clothes that was not worn at school or P.E. clothes is acceptable. This is a no cut sport.
• Instructions: All athletes must have tennis shoes, shorts, and shirt for each practice. All athletes are recommended to wear wrestling or basketball shoes for practices. 
   

Practice

• Wrestling practice is every school day, Monday through Friday, 2:45 - 4:45 p.m.

• Athletes are to dress out and meet in Room 1 (Wrestling Room) by 2:45 p.m.
