Wrestling Coed

A student information meeting will be held before registration opens in September. Students interested in trying out for the Lobos's coed wrestling team are encouraged to attend to learn about practice expectations and season details. The date and time of this meeting will be made during student announcements.. 

All students are welcome to try wrestling—no experience needed. Wrestling is a coed, no-cut sport, which means everyone who registers can participate. Registration opens after the student information meeting in September. We encourage all interested students to attend, learn more, and sign up.

• Tryout Date & Time: Athletes will meet Monday - Friday  from 2:45-4:45 p.m. Listen for student announcements for the date. 
• Tryout Location: Room 1 (Wrestling Room)
• Registration: Prior to attending tryouts, you must complete online registration, including the signed parent permission and concussion information forms, before attending tryouts. These forms are included in the online registration and are also available on the Athletics Overview webpage.
• What to Wear: Come dressed in your P.E. clothes—shorts, T-shirt, and tennis shoes are required.
• Recommended Gear: Wrestling or basketball shoes are recommended for practice but not required.

• Wrestling practice is every school day, Monday through Friday, 2:45 - 4:45 p.m.
• Athletes are to dress out and meet in Room 1 (Wrestling Room) by 2:45 p.m.

• You must maintain a 2.0+ GPA to compete in meets, with no Fs, or N/U citizenship grades.
• Grades will be checked in October. Students who do not meet grade level expectations will be removed from the team.
