Welcome to Quimby Oak Volleyball! 🏐 Our program is designed to foster a high-energy, competitive environment where student-athletes develop both individual skill and collective chemistry. Competing in the East Side Athletic League, we focus on the core pillars of the game: precision serving, aggressive net play, and seamless defensive transitions. Beyond the court, our mission is to build leaders who embody the Lobo spirit through grit, sportsmanship, and a "team-first" mentality.

Participation Requirements

All student athletes must meet the following requirements to participate in our athletic program.

Minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0. No Ds, Fs, or U citizenship grades.
Have appropriate insurance coverage
Submit all required forms, which are all handled through the online registration portal:

✔️ Online Registration: Must be submitted prior to the tryout date.
✔️ Parent Permission Slip: Completed digitally during registration.
✔️ Concussion Information Slip: Signed digitally by both parent and student

Tryouts

Athletes who do not meet the participation requirements listed above will not be permitted to participate in tryouts for safety and liability reasons.

Selection: Volleyball is a limited-roster sport. Due to team size restrictions, students will participate in tryouts, and not all who try out may be selected.
Coaches look for more than just skill. We encourage every athlete to show teamwork, commitment, and a positive attitude throughout the entire process.
Team Manager Positions: Students who are not selected for the playing roster but wish to stay involved are encouraged to apply for a Team Manager position. Please speak with the coaches for more details.
